That it was going to be -1.7 last night!  That was how cold it was in our garden at 5:30am today.  There was a heavy frost on the grass and the little cosmos plants I put in on Sunday are dead.  I am just glad that I did not put the lot out and will wait longer for the rest.

Garden centres must love this.  I did not buy my plants because I had grown them from seed but I have seen lots of people getting all their bedding plants etc and now they are all going to need to be replaced, must cost a fortune.

I know several people at work who have last plants over the last few days.  Hope the frost stops soon.
