This morning I have a friends request from a spam loan advertising chap and from someone who says he is 12 and has set up a group called Questions and Answers. I sent him a note saying that we already had Ask or Answer so why do we need another group.
In the past I always thought it would be nice to be popular, now I am not so sure!

Two spammers have also invited me to join their groups ..... as if!!!!
Mind you it's surprising how many bloggers do accept their invites without first checking them out

Pro Yes I have noticed about others accepting. Very strange.
I usually ignore such requests - I tend to join groups I want to join ....................

I hate it when they put a link to an old blog from years ago...They write some short phrase like "well done" just to make a link.

I've had the same requests. They get immediately deleted, the same way as all spam goes.
